This letter is to notify you of a Special Meeting of Members

Immediately following the Adjournment of the 2010 AGM.

This meeting is being held to consider and pass a special resolution to amend Section 17.01 of the By-laws of the Association.

Current: 17.01 The Board shall consist of directors whose number shall be not less than ten (10) persons and not more than twenty (20) persons and shall be determined from time to time within such limits by resolution of the Board.

Proposed: 17.01 The Board shall consist of directors whose number shall be not less than six (6) persons and not more than twenty (20) persons and shall be determined from time to time within such limits by resolution of the Board.
