• Assists individual seniors in connecting with resources and benefits.
• Runs a satellite outreach programs where presentations on seniors' services are made to groups, with follow up by an outreach worker when necessary.
• SeniorConnect: Through a free public education campaign people in regular contact with seniors are helping connect these older adults to community services.
