British Columbia Archival Information Network

The BCAIN provides access to archival descriptions on the BC Archival Union List, information about archival institutions and links to web sites, virtual displays, and online historical photograph databases maintained by archives around the province.

CBC Archives

• allows visitors to relive history through CBC radio and television archives.

Offers university courses by distance or on-line learning. Individuals 65 and over receive a substantial reduction on course fees.

McGinnovations Inc.

A Computer School for Seniors offers computer courses exclusively for senior citizens (over 55 years of age and retirees), and their spouses.

University of Alberta

offers a range of information for current and prospective students, alumni, faculty, and visitors.

University of Calgary

Credit courses are offered to those 65 years and over free of charge. An application fee is in effect.
