Refunds

Due to the unsupported nature of the PPP access service offered, refunds will be made under the following conditions:

1. A refund will only be offered to first time PPP access account holders;
2. The refund must be requested within 14 days of the PPP asccess being granted;
3. Only monies paid to the Calgary Community-Net within this time period, excluding renewal amounts, will be refunded;
4. The account will be returned to the state it was in prior to the PPP access being granted;

No other refunds will be made.
