    May 1999 -- the CCNA membership requested news -- and the CCNA Newsletter was reborn. 

    The first re-issue was July 15, 1999. After that, new issues were published every two weeks on traditional paydays -- the 1st and the 15th of the month. Here is a list of the articles produced during this time.
