Problems with ProCom Plus

ProCom Plus is a software package that does not "connect" well with the CCNA Computer System. We don't understand why, but every time we have a user who has a problem with this software we go through the whole setting selections, etc., but nothing seems to solve the problem. When another software package is used - they connect immediately. An example of a software package that works well is TELIX.
