To quit a dialup session:
- Click the Disconnect button in the Remote Access window

To make connecting to CCNA"s Dialup service easier and faster, you can
use an alias to open Remote Access automatically.
To create a Remote Access alias:
- Open your hard disk icon

- Locate the Remote Access control panel and click ONCE on the
icon to select it
- Under File on the menu bar, select Make Alias

the Desktop
- Close all folders.
To open Remote Access, just double-click the alias
on the Desktop.
If repeated dialup attempts fail, you may have entered your CCNA username
or password incorrectly; re-enter your username and password and try again.
If the CCNA username and password are correct, check the other settings.
If a dialup attempt connects and then quits or the connection is
unreliable, your modem settings may need changing. In the modem settings,
try selecting a higher port speed or disable AutoDetect. Under the Modem
control panel, try selecting a different modem model.
If you tried all the above changes but still cannot connect, contact
CCNA.
